A valley resident since 1965, I have witnessed an explosion of growth and change, throughout our state.

With over 40 years in the real estate industry, I spent half of my career with Del Webb in the Sun Cities. I spent time in both Residential and Commercial Property Manager, Leasing, Title and Escrow, Management, Relocation and Sales. I became a broker in 1993 and have been the Designated Broker for several companies.

I retired in 2018, and live in Sun City Grand. I am busier now than ever, but it’s all fun. When I’m not working my real estate business, I am busy with Watercolor Painting, Tai Chi, Bocce, Pickleball and Italian Language class.

My real estate business is primarily focused on Sun City West and Sun City Grand. As a former employee of Del Webb, I have a lot of knowledge and experience with the history, concept, product and working with the retirees and active adults.

When I’m not working or playing, I spend time with my family. My 5-year-old grandson loves it out here. He really keeps us busy.
